Traditional to the United States, this drop flue style set of pans is completely welded with stainless steel fittings, and stainless steel draw-off valves. Unlike many other welded pans, the Leader Line of welded equipment features full seam welding of the partitions which is essential for preventing back-mixing and dilution during boiling (these two things can cause a drop in the grade of the syrup).

All this is equipped with the automatic sap regulating system which allows the operator to reverse the flow of liquid quickly, easily, and without slowing down the boil of the evaporator.
